We are currently looking for someone to make us a layout. We'd like it to work for both the site (you're looking at it) and the forum (we use vbulletin :: here) if possible. It is also viable to have two separate layouts made, one for each. Please submit your portfolio, price ranges, time estimations, and any other pertinent information. And please, for the love of god, if you cannot make a layout better than what we currently have... or if you have any inclination to render this in MS PAINT, please don't waste my time.
